We offer a simplified production pipeline for all orders. The majority of our orders are produced and shipped within five business days, with the day the order is submitted counted as day zero. Production runs on business days Monday – Friday. Turnaround times are based on non-holiday business days only. Color correction option adds one business day to order. If you have a deadline associated with your order, we recommend you place your deadline in special instructions or email our customer service so expedited shipping options can be discussed.

Holiday Closings
myphotopipe is closed in observance of the following US holidays if on a weekday, Monday through Friday:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (First Monday of September)
- Thanksgiving Weekend (Fourth Thursday and Friday of November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Important Turnaround Information
All turnaround times are based on in-house production. Once an order is complete, the courier is responsible for deliveries. We are not responsible for the speed of delivery or missed deadlines associated with courier services. If you have not received your confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, please reach out to customer service via email to request more information.

At Myphotopie, your satisfaction is our number one concern. We guarantee the quality of our prints. If you feel there was an error processing your photo please contact customer service and we’ll fix it but you must notify us within 14 days. Remakes will be done only from the original digital image submitted to us in the original order using the finish originally specified in that order. Remakes will be shipped as specified in the original order. Expedited shipping is available for a cost if different from the method chosen on the original order.

- Myphotopipe is not responsible for any accuracy, spelling, or punctuation mistakes on the customer's part. Please be sure to preview the contents of your card(s) and correct any mistakes before concluding your order. Myphotopipe does not and will not proofread for (or correct) any such mistakes.
- Myphotopipe is also not responsible for poor quality resulting from the use of a low-resolution image for your cards or gift items. We do our best when ordering to prompt you, if an image is below our resolution standards.
