If you feel there was an error processing your photo please call customer service and we’ll fix it but you must notify us within 14 days. Remakes will be done only from the original digital image submitted to us in the original order using the finish originally specified in that order. Remakes will be shipped as specified in the original order. Expedited shipping is available for a cost if different from the method chosen on the original order. In any event, myphotopipe.com has the final say in any dispute regarding color, quality or other issues related to your print.
If your product is damaged please accept it and then contact customer service for a remake. We will notify the carrier and begin the claim. It is likely that the carrier will return to pick up your package with the damaged goods. Shipping damage is necessarily outside of our control and we are responsible only for replacing your product in the normal flow of our production. Expedited shipping is available for a cost if different from the method chosen on the original order.
We combine a highly automated production system with two hand inspections therefore orders can and do move quickly past the point of cancellation. Please double check your orders for accuracy before you submit them to us. If you wish to cancel do so quickly by notifying customer service. You are responsible for an order once it has been packaged for shipping.
Wrong product selected
Our ordering system is designed to tell us exactly what you want us to do with your digital photo. If you don’t see the product you want, look again before selecting something else. We are not responsible for remakes if the print we send you matches the product you specified in your original order. “As is” means exactly that, as do other precise terms such as “print to fit” and “bordered.”
