As the COVID-19 virus continues to disrupt our day-to-day lives, we know that this is a very unsettled time for all. We appreciate our clients and are grateful for the support and kind words we have received during these last few weeks.

The State of Georgia has announced the end to the Stay-At-Home order.  As such, myphotopipe will be reopening its doors.  Although our operation will not be at full capacity, we will be, slowly and responsibly, ramping up our production levels to full capacity over the upcoming weeks.  

We encourage each of our customers to continue placing orders, however, please be aware that we will continue to keep our main office closed to the public.  If you would like to pick up your work, you are encouraged to reach out to our staff to arrange a time for a curbside pick up of any work produced.  Also, please be aware, as we ramp up our production levels, please expect potential delays in posted turn around times.

Please remember we are still here for our clients:
    • Our sales and customer service teams will be available remotely to answer questions via email, Facebook, or at 1-800-838-3146. Please give 24 hours for a response Monday-Friday 9 am–5 pm EST.
    • We will still receive orders during this time. Our ROES Desktop application and Xpress online are up and running.
    • Any orders that were left at the lab or received during this temporary closure will be printed in the order we received them. They will ship as soon as possible after we reopen and resume our production hours. Our standard turnaround times will be affected, and we will work diligently to get these orders out the door.
